Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data collected through Dash Pods. This page explains what will be deleted, what will be retained, and how to submit your request.

How to Request Deletion

Step 1: Open Dash Pods and go to Settings → Account to find your Player UID (a 9-digit number).

Step 2: Send an email from the address linked to your Google account to:

Step 3: Use the subject line: "Delete My Account"

Step 4: In the body, include your Player UID (e.g., UID: 123456789) and the email address you used to sign in (if applicable).

What Gets Deleted

Upon verification, we will delete the following within 30 days:

Firebase Authentication — Your Google Sign-In or anonymous account is removed from the authentication system.
Firestore Player Data — All cloud-stored game data is permanently erased, including:
- Player display name and UID
- Coins, gems, and all currency balances
- Player level, XP, season XP, and best scores
- Hero upgrades, unlocked heroes, equipped hero
- Level stars and stage progression
- Mission progress, daily rewards, and mail
- Settings preferences (audio, graphics)
- Play time and arena data

What Is NOT Deleted

Local Save File — A JSON save file on your device is not removed by this request. To clear it, go to Settings → Account in Dash Pods and select Delete Local Data, or uninstall the game.
Google Play Purchase Records — Purchase receipts are held by Google Play Billing, not by the publisher (Amit Matth). We cannot delete them. To request deletion, contact Google Play Support.
Ad Interaction Logs — Data collected by Google AdMob (ad views, clicks, device identifiers) is governed by Google's privacy policy. Opt out via device settings or contact Google for deletion.

Verification

To protect your account, we may ask for additional information to verify your identity before processing the deletion. This may include confirming the email address associated with your Google Sign-In account or providing your Player UID.

Processing Time

Once verified, your data will be deleted within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email after the deletion is complete.

After Deletion

Your account will be permanently deactivated. You will not be able to recover any progress, purchases (virtual currency), or account history. If you choose to play again later, you will start from scratch with a new account.
